Inside your "install" folder you should have PS3_GAME, PS3_README, PS3_GAME, PS3_EXTRAS, ETC.

Download GTAV: Elite Edition CORE, create a new folder named "install" and extract the contents of the CORE archive into the "install" folder you created.Thats all there is to it, for those that need more help i have written Multiman File Copy instructions below.
